20+ years designing for people doing hard things.

Going first, then building the path.

At H-E-B, I founded the company's first digital accessibility program — research, allies, training, and a roadmap, all before there was a budget. By the time the program had funding, the structure was already in place. Screen reader users could complete checkout independently for the first time.

At Amdocs, I lead design for Southwest Airlines Crew Bid & Award. I also built a Kiro template with ~15 agent hooks so designers on my team can prototype without touching a command line.

I founded Craft Five, an AI-native writing practice tool. I designed it, built it with Claude Code, and shipped it solo.

This season, outside of work.

Sea Hagzzz, an all-women surf rock band, posed in Bob's Burgers Halloween costumes in front of the Aristocrat Lounge sign in Austin, Texas.
